Android phone we can use. I'm looking for something that doesn't need an account or phone number for setup, but also easy to use. Doesn't have to to use phone numbers, as the other party could download the same app. I would suggest Telegram, but the video and audio calls are usually pretty bad. Audio calls are most important here. Does #
Jitsi have something that would work? Can you receive calls on Jitsi?
