Burning negative thoughts with burning muscles and lungs.
Prior to 2017, I ran a 5k nearly every morning. In 2017, I had a major back surgery and I was told I shouldn't run any more. Unfortunately, it was my only suitable release for my negative thought patterns. I tried other things, but nothing suits. I'm working towards getting my body back (with advice from medical). Lots of stretching and introducing runs and walks at a small scale. Today, I restart my journey to get my body and mind back.
