Stories like this is exactly why I run my own cloud and file storage.I have heard this same story too many times, sometimes it's Apple, sometimes it's Google, Sometimes it's Facebook. But they end the same. 20ish years of photos, files, and precious moments lost and no one at these big companies to resolve it. Read it and then ask me how you can run your own hub. Even if your hub is a backup to your Apple/Google accounts.
