I'll preface this by saying I LOVE Nextcloud. However, it completely blows my mind that @Nextcloud 📱☁️💻 has not yet implemented reoccurring/repeating tasks in the Task app. It somewhat exists, but only when using 3rd party clients. This totally messes up my workflow, especially on days when I can only work in browser. Sorry...rant over. For the record, I still love #Nextcloud, just need this minor, seemingly simple tweak.

I like the Friendica UI. However it stores a massive amount of data per user. I tested it with just one local user account and it stored gigabytes in the database in just a few days. Multi-user would likely have needed several terabytes storage.

Ok. I have been fooling around with Nostr the last few days and the potential there seems to be growing and growing. Don't get me wrong... I'm still a huge Fediverse fan, but they might be on to something over there at #Nostr.

I guess what I mean is how quickly it's getting built. Between your normal text and photo posts, it now has audio posts in YakBak. You can also play geocaching games thru treasure.to. Then add the fact that there is a payment system in place for content.

That's just touching the surface from what I can tell.

Yes, there are a lot of crypto bros there.... But I'm equally annoyed by many here in the Fediverse. Lol.
